Former leader of the National Integrationist Front, Mathieu Ngudjolo, awaits the start of his trial at the International Criminal Court in The Hague, Netherlands, Tuesday, Nov. 24, 2009. The International Criminal Court starts its second trial, focusing on a massacre that left more than 200 people dead and laid waste to their village in eastern Congo in 2003.
